下载、安装或使用 Focus Pause（以下简称“本 App”），即表示您同意本服务条款。如果您不同意，请勿使用本 App。

本页面是 Focus Pause 的服务条款，不是自定义最终用户许可协议（EULA）。通过 App Store 下载的本 App 使用 Apple 的标准许可协议；本服务条款用于说明 Focus Pause 的功能、付费服务和使用边界。

服务描述

Focus Pause 需要 iOS 18 或更高版本，提供以下本机功能：

  • 通过用户创建的 Apple 快捷指令自动化，在打开已配置 App 前进行呼吸、确认目的和设置计划时长
  • 通过 Quick Timer 对所选 App 或类别启动 15 分钟至 24 小时的限时拦截
  • 创建、暂停、恢复、编辑或删除按星期和时间重复的拦截时间表
  • 在复盘中查看暂停记录和主动拦截历史，包括正常完成、确认后提前结束或系统中断

免费版与 Premium

本 App 提供免费功能以及月度、年度和永久 Premium：

  • 免费版的打开前暂停最多保护 2 个 App，每个 App 最多保存 5 个使用目的；Quick Timer 可免费使用
  • 免费版可创建前 2 个重复时间表，每个免费时间表可选择 1 个生效星期
  • Premium 解锁更多受保护 App、更多使用目的、无限重复时间表、多日时间表、自定义呼吸和进阶复盘
  • 月度和年度方案是自动续期订阅；除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则会续期
  • 永久 Premium 是一次性购买，不会自动取消您可能仍在生效的订阅
  • 商品、试用资格、价格和当地税费以购买时 App Store 显示为准；订阅可在 Apple 账户的订阅设置中管理或取消

系统权限与用户控制

  • 打开前暂停依赖您创建并保留的 Apple 快捷指令自动化；主动拦截依赖 Apple Screen Time / FamilyControls 权限
  • 运行中的限时拦截可以在 App 内经再次确认后提前结束；时间表也可以暂停、编辑或删除
  • 您可以在 iOS 设置中撤回 Screen Time / FamilyControls 权限，也可以删除本 App
  • Focus Pause 不是永久锁定或防篡改工具，不提供 Strict Mode，也不会阻止您撤权或删除本 App

系统依赖与免责声明

  • 本 App 按“现状”和“可用状态”提供，不提供法律允许范围之外的明示或暗示保证
  • 快捷指令、Screen Time、FamilyControls、系统扩展和 App Store 由 Apple 控制；系统更新、权限状态、设备限制或 Apple 政策可能影响功能
  • 我们不保证暂停或拦截在所有设备状态和所有情况下都持续生效
  • 本 App 是自我管理工具，不提供医疗、心理健康或紧急服务

隐私

Focus Pause 的功能数据在设备本地处理，不包含第三方分析或追踪 SDK。有关本地数据类型、诊断日志、权限撤回与删除方式，请阅读隐私政策。

知识产权

本 App 及其内容（包括设计、代码和图标）的知识产权归开发者或相应权利人所有。除适用法律或 Apple 标准许可协议允许的情况外，未经授权不得复制、修改或分发。

条款变更

我们保留随时修改本服务条款的权利。修改后的条款将在此页面发布。继续使用本应用即表示您接受修改后的条款。

Scope & License

By downloading, installing, or using Focus Pause (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

This page is the Focus Pause Terms of Service, not a custom end-user license agreement (EULA). The App downloaded through the App Store is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; these Terms describe the Focus Pause features, paid service, and operating boundaries.

Service Description

Focus Pause requires iOS 18 or later and provides these on-device features:

  • A breath, purpose, and intended time before configured apps open, started by an Apple Shortcuts automation you create
  • Quick Timer blocking for selected apps or categories from 15 minutes to 24 hours
  • Recurring blocking schedules that you can create, pause, resume, edit, or delete by weekday and time
  • Review of pause records and active-blocking history, including completion, confirmed early ending, or system interruption

Free & Premium

The App offers free features plus monthly, yearly, and lifetime Premium options:

  • The free opening-pause flow protects up to 2 apps and stores up to 5 purposes per app; Quick Timer is free to use
  • The first 2 recurring schedules are free, with one active weekday for each free schedule
  • Premium unlocks more protected apps, more purposes, unlimited recurring schedules, multi-day schedules, custom breathing, and advanced review
  • Monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions and renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
  • Lifetime Premium is a one-time purchase and does not automatically cancel any subscription that may still be active
  • Products, trial eligibility, prices, and local taxes shown by the App Store at purchase are authoritative; manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings

System Permission & User Control

  • The opening pause depends on the Apple Shortcuts automation you create and keep; active blocking depends on Apple Screen Time / FamilyControls permission
  • You can end a running timed block early after a second confirmation inside the App; schedules can also be paused, edited, or deleted
  • You can revoke Screen Time / FamilyControls access in iOS Settings or delete the App
  • Focus Pause is not a permanent or tamper-resistant lock, does not provide a Strict Mode, and does not prevent you from revoking access or deleting the App

System Dependencies & Disclaimer

  • The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those required by applicable law
  • Apple controls Shortcuts, Screen Time, FamilyControls, system extensions, and the App Store; system updates, permission state, device limits, or Apple policy may affect availability
  • We do not guarantee that a pause or block remains active in every device state or circumstance
  • The App is a self-management tool, not medical, mental-health, or emergency service

Privacy

Focus Pause processes feature data on your device and contains no third-party analytics or tracking SDK. Read the Privacy Policy for local data types, diagnostic logs, permission revocation, and deletion options.

Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights in the App and its content, including design, code, and icons, belong to the developer or the relevant rights holder. Except as permitted by applicable law or Apple's standard license, unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
