本应用依赖 iOS 快捷指令和 Screen Time API，其可用性受 Apple 系统版本和策略影响。

订阅服务

本应用提供免费功能和付费订阅（VIP）：

  • 免费用户可配置最多 2 个受监控应用
  • VIP 订阅解锁无限应用配置及全部功能
  • 订阅通过 Apple App Store 处理，遵循 Apple 的订阅条款
  • 订阅会自动续费，除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消
  • 您可以在 iPhone 的"设置 → Apple ID → 订阅"中管理或取消订阅

用户责任

  • 您需要授予必要的系统权限（Screen Time、快捷指令）才能使用核心功能
  • 您应确保使用本应用符合当地法律法规
  • 您不得对本应用进行逆向工程、反编译或修改

免责声明

  • 本应用按"现状"提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证
  • 我们不保证应用拦截功能在所有情况下都能正常工作（受 iOS 系统限制）
  • 因 Apple 系统更新导致的功能变化不在我们的控制范围内

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Focus Pause (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Service Description

Focus Pause is a focus management app that helps you manage your app usage habits by:

  • Guiding you through breathing exercises before opening certain apps
  • Helping you clarify your purpose of use
  • Monitoring and limiting app usage through the Screen Time API

The App relies on iOS Shortcuts and Screen Time API, whose availability is subject to Apple's system versions and policies.

Subscriptions

The App offers free features and a paid subscription (VIP):

  • Free users can configure up to 2 monitored apps
  • VIP subscription unlocks unlimited app configuration and all features
  • Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

User Responsibilities

  • You must grant necessary system permissions (Screen Time, Shortcuts) to use core features
  • You must ensure your use of the App complies with local laws and regulations
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App

Disclaimer

  • The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
  • We do not guarantee that the app interception feature will work in all circumstances (subject to iOS system limitations)
  • Feature changes caused by Apple system updates are beyond our control
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (including but not limited to design, code, and icons) belong to the developer. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
