Focus Pause 使用 Apple 的 Screen Time API 和 FamilyControls 框架来监控和限制应用使用时长。这些 API 由 Apple 提供并受其隐私保护机制约束：

  • Screen Time 数据由 iOS 系统管理，Focus Pause 无法访问其他应用的使用详情
  • FamilyControls 授权仅用于设置应用使用限制
  • 相关数据通过 App Group 在应用与其扩展之间共享，不会传输到设备之外

快捷指令集成

Focus Pause 通过 iOS 快捷指令（Shortcuts）实现应用拦截功能。快捷指令的执行完全在您的设备本地完成，不涉及任何网络通信。

订阅与支付

Focus Pause 提供订阅服务（VIP）。所有支付通过 Apple 的 App Store 处理：

Focus Pause is a focus management app that helps you practice mindful breathing and clarify your purpose before opening certain apps. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we handle your information.

Data Collection & Storage

Focus Pause follows a local-first design principle:

  • All data is stored locally on your device (via Core Data)
  • We do not operate any servers, and we do not collect, upload, or store any of your personal data
  • We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking tools

Types of Locally Stored Data

The following data is stored only on your device for the app to function properly:

  • Monitored app information (app identifiers) you configure
  • Purpose options (custom text you create)
  • Focus session records (start time, end time, planned duration)
  • Interception event records (timestamps, trigger source)

Screen Time API & FamilyControls

Focus Pause uses Apple's Screen Time API and FamilyControls framework to monitor and limit app usage. These APIs are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple's privacy protections:

  • Screen Time data is managed by iOS; Focus Pause cannot access usage details of other apps
  • FamilyControls authorization is used solely to set app usage restrictions
  • Related data is shared between the app and its extension via App Group and never leaves your device

Shortcuts Integration

Focus Pause uses iOS Shortcuts to implement app interception. Shortcut execution happens entirely on your device with no network communication involved.

Subscriptions & Payments

Focus Pause offers a subscription service (VIP). All payments are processed through Apple's App Store:

  • We do not collect or store any payment information
  • Subscription status is verified through Apple's StoreKit framework

Children's Privacy

Focus Pause is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
